About Us

Located right here in San Antonio, at Two Hearts Quail Farm, we specialize only in Quail eggs. Back in 2021 we began raising Quails after learning of all the health benefits their eggs provide. Since then, we currently supply Quail eggs to restaurants, meat markets, grocery stores, and pet shops.

We raise our Quails in a completely natural way. No GMO’s or antibiotics of any kind. They have a high protein, Soy-Free diet. Other Quail farms keep their quails in wire cages that causes cuts and hurt their feet. This is why chicken egg farms are not allowed to use cages anymore. All chicken egg farms must have cage free systems. Why not do the same for Quails? Our Quails live in enclosures set up similar to their natural habitat, on the ground with natural plants and hiding places. This keeps our quails healthy and happy!

Quail eggs, long cherished for their culinary versatility and delicate flavor, are also a superior health choice. Packed with protein, these tiny treasures contain a significant amount of vitamin B12, selenium, iron, and choline, which are essential for a healthy nervous system and optimal brain function. Not only are quail eggs a nutrient-dense food, but they also offer more iron and potassium compared to chicken eggs. Their unique size makes them perfect for gourmet dishes, quick snacks, or a nutritious meal for the family.

Our eggs are packaged in compliance to Texas Egg Law and USDA/FDA requirements. Being no more than 5 days old and having an average shelf-life of 6 weeks*, Two Hearts Quail Farm is the best place to buy fresh, Non-GMO, Soy-Free quail eggs.

( * Shelf-life determined by USDA / FDA based on eggs being stored at or below 45° F.)
